I'm a mature bass player who's done the open mike nights, done the chaotic jamming with mates, and now I'd like to take it up a notch. Get a set together with 4 or 5 others who want to take it all a little more seriously, and perhaps a gig or two. But, most importantly, have some serious fun.
Note that I'm a bass player and not a guitar player who plays bass - there's a huge difference!
I'm a good organiser, know my stuff, and want us to play good music (see below) WELL and not half-assed, that'll-do versions of brilliant originals. Feel-good music to get the folks up and dancing again!
Play once or twice a week is OK - I'm located in South Sydney.
