Just looking to see if I can't meet some like-minded people to mess around with and see if anything sticks.
I've been playing since I was a kid, but seriously since sixteen. I haven't really had any "formal" theory based education, but I like to think I'm fairly intuitive as a player.
I just enjoy the creativity around music and am quite passionate about songwriting and would love to get a band together.
Most of the music I listen to spans across the 60s up to the 90s, with a focus on bands that emphasise originality and inventive lyricism (without wanting to sound too pretentious).
