Hi my name is Tahlia, I'm a talented singer who has been performing for a long time and starting gigging professional in the last few years. I currently gig with my guitarist as an acoustic duo performing covers from a variety of genres, however I love jazz and my voice is very suited to this style, and I've wanted to perform with a jazz band for some time now. As such I am in the process of forming a band to gig in and around Brisbane. I have rhythm guitar, bass guitar, drums, and possibly violin, so now I am looking for a pianist most importantly, but also lead guitar.

Influences
I'm wanting to sing traditional jazz, classics from Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, Etta James, Frank Sinatra, plus Natalie Cole, Norah Jones, but also contemporary songs with a jazz feel, as well as blues and soul.

EQUIPMENT
I have my own equipment needed as a vocalist, good quality mic (Shure Beta 58A), Konig & Meyer mic stand, iPad and iKlip holder, etc. but I do not have other sound equipment required; speaker, amps, mixing console, etc. will need to be hired if not provided at the venue (unless hopefully one of the musicians has their own sound equipment for us to use).
