Melodic Thrash band Flamboyant Nightmare is looking for a dedicated and passionate drummer to join us for our journey onwards. We are looking for someone who can confidently keep time/tempo and play to clicks and backing tracks while showing off groove and creativity. They will need good endurance, especially for double kicks, and the ability to play long sets (Some of our plans involve 60+ minute sets).

We are currently in the studio recording our debut album with strong symphonic and thrash elements. With plans to tour this both regionally and down the east coast, we require a drummer who is keen on touring as well as playing local gigs. We strive to create memorable, high impact live shows with strong crowd engagement, while also embracing an alternative style for our visual presence.

Own equipment, transport, and ability to transport their equipment are must-haves. Someone living on the north side of Brisbane would be ideal as this is where the other band members live and practice. Most importantly we need someone who brings a good attitude and wants to work on our music as a team. If you are looking for a dedicated band who want to grow and have the drive to make things happen, we might be the right one for you!
