We are currently an acoustic quartet (Ac Guitar, Double Bass, Mandolin, Banjo) playing a mix of bluegrass, old timey, western swing, country blues, that sort of vibe. We're looking for a/some part time/guest vocalist/s who are comfortable in these styles or would be keen to expand their repertoire. We'd expected vocals to be your main strength.
I use the term 'part time' or 'guest' as we play quite a few instrumental numbers where vocals aren't needed. So there'd be no pressure to join as a core member. But hey who knows what can happen, especially if you're handy on ac guitar/uke or even washboard! ;)
We play weekly in Highett & have some upcoming gigs in the inner Melbourne area. Feel free to message for more info.
