Playing music from the nether regions of the classic rock and blues songbook, Aquapuncture are a Melbourne based classic rock and blues band.
Formed in late 2015 the band play a range of songs often drawn from the lesser visited parts of the rock and blues songbook. Songs by The Move, Badfinger, Buffalo Springfield, and John Haitt nestle up against songs by The Kinks, Stones, Small Faces. There are currently plans afoot to introduce some original material.

Aquapuncture play these songs like they may die tomorrow, which to be frank is not beyond the realms of possibility. The band is made up of 4 road worn musicians who bring with them over 100 years of playing experience. Individually they have done everything from busking on the streets of Jerusalem to providing musical backing for naked mud wrestling. Each of them has succeeded in avoiding anything approximating commercial success or fame.
