Hi everyone.
Putting together a band to play post-punk/new wave/"haircut and synthesizer" stuff from the late 70's to early 80's. I've been in a few cover bands doing classic rock, etc. Sick of that genre, want to do something a bit different.
Looking for a female 2nd vocalist who can also play some keys or guitar or possibly a brass instrument, and of course do harmonies. We have a male singer who would be doing the majority of the songs, so you would need to have something else to do while that's happening, then step up to do some Blondie, Martha Davis, Chrissy Hynde, etc. or possibly some of the originally-male songs where the singer has a high voice.

Initially just get together and have a play, if it has potential would love to go out and gig. We've had one go at half a dozen songs which went really well, so looking to build on that and get a set together.
Have bass player (me), keys, drums, guitar and male singer who also plays sax, but need a female singer to cover all the songs I'd like to do.
Age open, most important thing is that you feel like you'd get a kick out of doing songs from this era.
