Been playing guitar 30+ years, never professionally and never in a paid band. Not looking for fame and fortune. Not adverse to joining a band, but doubt I'll practice much (hence not seeking to be paid). I'm into the acoustic guitar sound NOT necessarily electric equipment although I have some (being a huge telecaster fan!). I like to sing, front and backing.

Influences
almost everything, except run of mill songs like 'The Weight'- there is nothing about its lyric content that I can relate to...I can relate to any song that has soul and meaning and creativity...blues rock heavy rock funk jazz and country thrill me. Song (vocalist) influences are vast, but guitar Influences include just about anyone who has ever played guitar well - the more famous (acoustically) JJ Cale has been a great influence, among many others. My all time fav electric guitar player is Roy Buchanan (but I could only dream to play as well as him).
