Hi, I’m Joanne Everly, a singer-songwriter based in Brisbane. I’m in the early stages of launching my solo project, writing original music that leans into indie, acoustic, and folk sounds. Right now, I’m working on two main things: developing a six-track EP and building a social media presence by sharing stripped-back, emotional covers.
I’m self-funding and producing this project with the help of a local producer, with plans to record and release next year. I use guitar and keys to support my writing, but I’m looking to collaborate with a musician (ideally someone who plays guitar or keys) who’s open to co-writing, helping bring songs to life, and possibly being part of future live sets or content creation.
This project means a lot to me, and I’m looking for someone who’s creatively aligned and keen to build something meaningful from the ground up.
