SEEKING
Band to Join, Vocalist, Rhythm Guitar.ABOUT
I’ve been playing guitar for around 6 years now, with an involvement in music most of my life. My band has had 2 previous vocals, who both had to quit for personal reasons and so we require a new vocalist and a second guitarist. We’re an alternative rock band, with a wide range of influences, such as Silverchair, Sick Puppies, Anberlin, Linkin Park and a whole bunch of others.
As a side project to this band, I would also like to start a band with a lot of power to it (whether it be powerful in the sense that it is heavy or powerful in it’s emotion as a quiet thing). I’d like to do something quite extreme in either sense and/or incorporate different styles/genres into one, such as a Reggae Metal band, Dubstep Metal Band, Ambient ‘Chillstep’ with guitar, etc.
If you are interested in either project, send me a message on my Facebook https://www.facebook.com/james.d.mclean.9

“So Heavy You’ll Get Motion Sickness"
“So Heavy You’ll Get Motion Sickness" Year: 2010 Genre: Metal
An old track of mine that I recorded when I first experimented with Open C tuning. I recorded everything in 1 take with improvisation and minimal editing. It may not be the best song ever, but it’s all i’ve got recorded at this current time really.
