I’ve been playing Drums on and off for about 3 years. Yes it’s doesn’t sound long but with my ADHD powers I picked it up quick. Currently having lessons once a week, 45 minutes, and doing a performance at the end of the year for a couple hundred people. Currently learning “Mr Crowley” by Ozzy, 5 minute song, 2nd lesson in, I can comfortably play 3 minutes of it. Can’t read music but if I listen to it enough I can figure it out. Done a performance in 2023 played; Better be home soon (Crowded House), Fly me to the moon, and a Missy Higgins song. (Didn’t get a choice).
