SPQR is an interesting and valuable project. Aiming at regular gigs in March 2014. Currently writing and rehearsing (once every 2 weeks). The audio samples are live jam takes from earlier this year, from which comes material to write. The last song is currently in production. We are looking for a live sound tech that will become an integral part of the band (and remunerated as such).

SPQR the band are looking for a sound tech.
This sound tech is an integral part of the band and will be remunerated at the same rate as the musicians. The band is currently rehearsing to gig in early 2014.

The tech will be in complete control of the band's sound.
SPQR live performances are on headphones for the band and the audience. The performance space will be largely silent, apart from the singers. Mixing will be on a digital desk using an instance of Reaper to control sound and provide plug ins.

Although qualifications in sound engineering are strictly not required, the tech needs to have a good foundation in sound mixing. Time will be spent to overview the system to provide familiarity. You will need to be an Australian citizen and based in Sydney.
