I'm seeking a guitarist to team up with and get some acoustic gigs going. Primarily, I'm a pop vocalist who has performed solo, in cover bands, in duos, and so on - you name it. I don't mind if you're male or female, as long as you are fun, have lot's of energy and can engage a crowd. Ideally I'm looking for an acoustic guitarist with a broad/pop repertoire. I have a couple of wedding gigs that I need a guitarist for this year, so I am not precious about the songs/artists that are requested of me. Someone who can pick up a tune quickly and someone crafty who can make any song their own would be great.

Influences
Vocally, I would say I lean more towards Pop/RnB but am really adaptable to most popular styles - soft rock, folk, soul etc. The gigs I do (normally weddings) call for crowd-pleaser, popular tunes. Think Coldplay, The Killers, Rihanna, Duffy, Sara Bareilles, John Mayer etc...
EQUIPMENT
In most cases the equipment is provided by the venue as all we need is an amp and mic. If you have an amp, it's a major bonus and anything else you have would not hurt.
