About me:
- 28 year-old from Singapore
- regular patron to many of the cover/tribute shows around Perth.
- Been in Perth for 3+ years
- Have my own vehicle
- Located in Dianella
- I am still technically a Uni student and will be kickstarting my career in aviation late 2024.
- My uni course is not in session (no obligations) until Feb 2024
- I am serious about my music and will put in the time (and money if needed) to make great music/shows happen.

Experience:
- Playing for about 15 years
- Formed a three-piece band at age 15 and then a four-piece band called Vestige in 2014. Vestige wrote and performed originals and grunge classics at many venues and pop-up festivals around Singapore.

- 2014, part of an ensemble for “Monsieur Vincent the Musical”, playing several shows with hundreds in attendance.

- 2015, part of a band that supported a live musical and dance performance for the 55thanniversary of People’s Association at Suntec Convention Centre with thousands in attendance.

More about myself:
- Personally, my music taste is 80s-2000s
- As a drummer/musician, I pride myself on possessing a good ear, my versatility, ‘feel’, and applying them to everything I play – adjusting to specific genres, artists or songs.

- Exposed to all genres of music from different parts of the world
- As a drummer I have delved into almost all genres from jazz, reggae, hip hop, R&B to heavy metal.

- My personal style of drumming revolves around laying down a solid groove and utilizing the space for creativity i.e heavily influenced by GospelChop/’in the pocket’ drummers.

- Heavily influenced by: Tony Royster Jr, Aaron Spears, Eric Moore, Simon Phillips, Jeff Porcaro, Dave Elitch, Eloy Casagrande, Jay Weinberg, Larnell Lewis, John Otto etc.

- I pay great attention to detail in music and in my personal life
- I never stop learning

Double kick pedal:
Basic level (relatively clean 16ths @120bpm). It is still a work in progress but will practice double kick parts fast if needed.

Sight Reading:
Basic level. A work in progress. Enough to learn unfamiliar songs.
