For as long as I can remember, my whole life, I feel like I’ve been very musically-inclined but have never pursued music for whatever reason. I think the big reason is that I’ve never had instrumentalists around me to play with (I only sing and have basic keyboard and guitar skills - willing to learn). I’d love to potentially meet some other musos a similar age (20s) to jam with and perhaps slot into some projects. Happy to send audio and snippets of my voice too!
I’m massively into anything jazzy and bluesy and typically sound better (to me anyway) on tracks that have that influence; however, love anything acoustic and stripped back, slightly folky and soft rock-ish. For me it’s not about genre but experimenting musically.
