Daylight Army came to life in 2013, the band’s edgy arrangements inspired by the emotive lyrics of vocalist Katelin Filler and backed by the talents of Dave McCallum on drums, Phil Baz on bass, Paul Menzies on rhythm guitar and Dan Coates on lead guitar.
They’ve since shared stages with the likes of Pludo, The Midway Creatures and Drawcard with the newly released EP In Notes by Distance, produced and mixed by Drew Carter and mastered by Stuart Stuart (The Veronicas/Shepperd), showcases the band’s signature style of melodic heavy pop rock, the single ‘Lesson Learnt’ is gaining traction on Triple M, HOT 91.1 and Loop Radio. The sky is no limit!
