Hi there I’m Norris. I am a part trained classical baritone with a diploma of music in vocal performance from the university of Tasmania. I have a large vocal range up to an A4 in full voice down to E2 ( at a push) I am a classically trained violinist since I was 5, and although don’t play much anymore can play nearly any violin to accompany different genres. I play acoustic guitar and sing, mainly covers with finger picking style and feel competent with everything on guitar just not soloing.. yet. I play piano, and sing piano bar style Covers and am interested in experimenting with electro and Loop pedalling. I am a natural crooner for old time classics! Recently I have been performing acoustic guitar gigs and vocal gigs with piano accompaniment although this has been more a hobby until now, and for the past two years have been a member of the Tasmanian symphony orchestra chorus and ‘close shave’ barbershop quartet.
