Hi my name is Grem Warrington (multi award winner )lead singer songwriter/ producer and manager for YOU INSPIRE . YOU INSPIRE is not a small pub band thats not what I designed and built it to be, we are gaining traction everywhere around Australia at the moment and very quickly. applicants to be know what discipline is be determined, and committed, have vision, be reliable know what deodorant is and owns a pair of shoes must be able to record eventually (credit to the person on when the song is released) in the last year I have spent over 50k to get YOU INSPIRE this far we and I have won multiple awards and rave reviews for our work and that keeps growing.this band is not just a band to me it's an investment because I have vision I've been self employed for over 36 years and a a former biker, I am not doing this as a hobby I am a full time song writer and recording artist all songs are recorded at king Street studio at woody point twice a week and practice at my place in Margate on Sundays i'm currently looking at all new members for the band will need drummer a keyboardist and a couple more guitarists rhythm and lead 2 new vox AC30 onsite because these songs have multiple guitars and I want to make the live shows bigger and better also need a drummer (new Gretsch drum kit on-site ) and bass player
I also have multiple sclerosis and nothing stops me so try and keep up. I started to write songs in 2023, 24+ and growing that contains the truth and no bullsh*t.
The songs have helped people struggling in life wether it be from disability, suicide attempts, PTSD, domestic violence Alzheimer's,etc we are currently rehearsing at my place in Margate on Sundays and we are doing some big shows in the near future when we get the required members, and we are currently needing a keyboardist and a male and female vocalists all new members have to be reliable I have invested 50 K into this band this year already and it's gaining traction very quickly with what we are doing the radio stations around Australia are loving it and what we are about so if U think you can do it get in touch with me I don't need another songwriter just instruments and vocalists (reliable ones) looking for people between 25 to 50 age group and you have to be able to keep up with me
15 songs have already been written for our second album and our third EPwith writing underway for our third which is what we are hoping to achieve in 2026 so try and keep up and don't waste my time

We were never meant to be a small pub band to play small pub gigs when we have got the right numbers then we will look at touring and doing shows until then we are just writing and recording every week big shows are being planned for next year across Australia when the right people have been found
