Hi, I’m a young musician passionate about growing my skills on stage and beyond. Originally from the East Coast, I’ve been in Perth for three years but have yet to build a strong local network yet. I’m eager to connect with fellow musicians to jam, collaborate, and link up with like-minded performers.
While I’m not a beginner, I have limited experience performing live, both solo and with a band. I’m a self-taught guitarist, starting with acoustic but recently diving into electric, where I feel the real magic happens. I’m also a self-taught singer, guided by my dear mother, YouTube, and recently, Musora (shout out to Lisa, if you know you know!). Though I’ve had a few lessons, I’ve been my own teacher, consistently trying to learn and grow as much as I can. I may lack formal music theory training, but my passion and dedication keep me moving forward. Where there is a will, there is a way.
My goal is to gain as much knowledge and experience as possible to help guide me on my path of live performance. There’s a Shona proverb from Zimbabwe that resonates with me: “If you can talk, you can sing; if you can walk, you can dance.” It reminds me that music is within everyone, to be shared and celebrated throughout the community.

Influences
I am heavily influenced by my mother's music taste like most kids are. My earliest memories are of being in the car with the windows down, singing and dancing around. So, any iconic pop or rock band from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s is my jam! For example, Matchbox Twenty, U2, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Maroon 5 and so on.
My current influences include Machine Gun Kelly, Yungblud, Pink, Salt-N-Pepa, Lola Young, Adele, Miley Cyrus, SZA, and I could go on forever. At the moment, I'm exploring all different kinds of music to try to find my style and sound. Recently, I’ve found myself veering toward more of a hip-hop sound personally, but I want to be a multifaceted artist, not restricted to one genre.
I love all sorts of music, but I have yet to properly delve into the country and blues genres due to my lack of experience with other musicians. Though, I am keen to try it out.
