I have a varied musical background, but over the last 7 years have been developing my skills as a Bluegrass and Old-Time Musician. In this time I have been learning the extensive repertoire of American Fiddle tunes on multiple instruments, and developing skills such as improvisation, song writing & session playing. I also have gained experience by attending music workshops and events in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. I would love to help facilitate a band that is entertaining, but also stays true to the authentic nature of Appalachian music.
