I’m an experienced & versatile bass player (Personal Bandmix profile is Waz1) and I’m seeking similar musicians to form a covers band to rehearse every 2 weeks learning new covers with an aim to gig regularly. I’d like to focus on the 90’s but include 80’s & 00’s.
Ideally the lineup would be drums (tight & in the pocket), lead vocals (male or female singing male or female artists), electric guitar (rhythm & lead), and keys (that can do synth parts). Any backing vocals are a bonus. And obviously me on bass. I’ve also got most parts of a good quality PA for gigs.
We’d share costs of hiring a rehearsal studio. I live in Dulwich Hill. There are lots of studios around here! Hopefully you’d have reliable transport.
