36 and a late bloomer, I enjoy singing most genres from rock, reggae, pop and blues rock. Also and not limited to singing songs like "Praise" by Seven Dust , "In the Summertime"Thirsty Merc, "Aerials" System of the Down. Although the metal songs are probably not my favourite genre, but can sometimes do a good job of them. I'm still happy to perform those songs and always try to keep an open mind and willing to practice and rehears 3 days a week. Currently I'm lucky if I can get motivated to practice 1-2 times a week , if I can find a band willing to practice with 3 days a week it would boost and encourage my motivation to do more . Currently halfway through completing my Diploma of Music Performance at Sydney Ultimo Tafe. I consider myself to be very green and self doubt is very normal, performance anxiety during rehearsals and if not confident in knowing the song well. Once I can nail the song (NO stage fright at all) if confident in knowing the song well. Over all I love being up on stage or in-front of an audience. Preferably I would be happy rehearsing and performing with someone that is very experience playing an acoustic guitar to start, but open to larger group performances as well.
