Hello, I am in my 40's and I am interested in forming a rock band. I am interested in doing it for fun and possibly some gigs as well. I have been in a few brass bands and concert bands but never played in a rock band. I have general musical abilities - I can read music and understand music theory. I have been playing the guitar for about 10 or 15 years. I also like to have a go at drums and piano. The first instruments I learnt were cello and trombone and I played in the school orchestra and concert band.
