I don't really know what to put here...I guess my story is that from a small child I have been hugely affected by tones and sounds through music. I have used my voice to feel and heal since day dot. My only real want since a kid was to heal myself using my (ocd like) need to sing in tune and hear sounds that were in tune and true to the note.
I am not special or seeking fame or recognition unless it is meant to be.
I do not sing songs that don't make me feel something..good or bad. To feel a song be born and grow, being nurtured and loved as it discovers itself is a rare and overwhelming feeling and if this is read by the right people at the right time we may be very lucky. I just gotta put it out there.
Don't care what genre, style, era I play or listen to but have learned I can not get the feeling I need from music if playing only one type or style of song or sound. I feel expectation and a need to please certain people.....i feel embarrassed.
Dissonance has always made me feel upset, and frustrated, even angry. NO ARROGANCE just my brain. It pisses me off no end because if I hear a note that is high or low I have to sing it over again and again in my head to resolve.
If I hear a new song that hits my wave length I am compelled to hear certain parts of it over and over and fu*king over again until that part of my brain is content,
So there you go. If you google TOBY LE PAGE you will find a song called lost scripture from JJJ unearthed, I HATED BEING IN THAT BAND AT THE END..the only thing that got me in was that they were BRILLIANT MUSICIANS... anyway may c u soon.

Ummm not really influences but these people and bands made me desperate to have the same things like place, people and energy that enabled them to create the sounds that they needed to feel what I was feeling.
