I have been playing ACDC for four years now, always trying to better myself and try to get closer to their tone and style every time I pick the guitar up. I am finding it hard to find bands or people who are dedicated to ACDC and or rock n roll,so I hope I can find something on here.I am very passionate about the music I play, and really show emotion through my playing.

Influences
As mentioned earlier, ACDC is my main influence, but i do enjoy other rock and roll bands like The Angels, Hoodoo Gurus,Slash etc, and on a different level I like Stevie Ray Vaughan, and I get into a bit of Andy Timmons from time to time. But I am Angus Young through and through, I can even manage to sound like him when playing (or trying to) tex mex or metal or something haha.
EQUIPMENT
My gear at the moment includes:
-Gibson Sg standard 2007,Gibson SG Custom Shop VOS 61 Re-issue, two Ibanez's, and a tele and a strat which I dont normally play. The Ibanez's are for when I like to get funky, I find they have a fatter, juicier sound and feel than a strat or tele. And the SG's are for ACDC, obvioulsy. Amp wise, I am using a Marshall JCM 900, and sometimes for lead work ill use a JDM:1 50 watter, I find you can get break up at a lower volume, and the JMP simulation is actually pretty good for Angus' parts. I normally run the JCM 900 though, and these are both through a Marshall 1960 Lead slanted cab. I am moving soon and hope with the bigger house I can expand my range of gear.
