Writing, demoing and playing live. Plenty of song ideas in demo form (see/hear uploaded examples). Tend to write often and on guitars set up in "alternate" tunings. Musically open but tend towards "alternative" music whatever that means these days.

Been jamming, rehearsing and playing live in a four piece outfit called The Delicate Light and have now played live a number of times in CBR doing a seven song set. Working on new songs to slot into the live set and work towards making some decent demo recordings.

The Delicate Light is currently looking for a second guitarist and or other instrument i.e. piano, synth, violin/viola, cello, lap steel (doing drones) etc and or even another drummer to do auxiliary percussion (think found percussion) and mix the meters up a bit.

Looking for someone's who can:
(1) Serve the songs texturally and bring atmosphere/vibes
(2) Is interested in playing live and recording and can possibly rehearse at least once a week
(3) Is comfortable writing all their own parts i.e. we won't be telling you what to play just that it has to "serve the song"
(4) Is another songwriter who wants to split songwriting duties and work on original songs in collaboration and or bring song sketches to jams.

We share song demos and jam recordings via WhatsApp for ease of bringing forth ideas, documenting the songwriting process.

We also share chords charts etc so you won't be in the dark about keys or tunings being used.
