I am a singer/songwriter based on the Gold Coast. I have been singing my whole life and studied music throughout highschool. In 2014 I was accepted into 3 different universities for Music and decided to study at QUT in Brisbane.
I am mainly a solo performer usually with a guitarist or pianist backing me - however I want to expand my sound and form a band/duo/trio to work on original music, gig and record my first EP.
My long-term goal is to upload my music to Triple J Unearthed, get radio play, sign to a label, tour, gig and play festivals. I want to become an established artist and really want to find a creative group of people who want the same and can help make it happen.
I would like to make music similar to indie/pop artists like Kita Alexandra, Emma Louise, Meg Mac, Odette, Vera Blue, Little May or electronic/dance artists like Taku&Wafia, Aluna George, Flume. However I would be open to exploring other genres aswell!
My voice lends itself to Soul and R&B but my favourite genre to listen to is Indie Rock! I would like to combine these into a unique genre indie/soul/pop :)
