Looking to form a covers band based in or around rockingham, I recently relocated from NZ 12months ago, bk home i fronted my own 5 piece band for over 30yrs, the band consisted of bass drums and rhythm/lead guitar and myself and a female singer, we covered almost every genre from country to blues to classic rock, reggae, and pub greats etc, our primary customer base was catering for weddings and corporate clients but we were also very busy on the local pub and club scene as well. I'd love to start something similar here in WA of the starts align, since moving g here I don't have alot of gear but will look to purchase full band PA rig and lighting if I can find some like minded individuals to jam with, most Sundays you'll find me busking at the local rockingham markets trying to keep the vocals active, it's not ideal but for now it fills the void.
