Vocalist, Bass Guitar.ABOUT
Bass player wanted for Heavy-psych band (Fitzroy
area and surroundings).
We play originals, at the moment instrumentals, we don’t
discard adding lyrics in the future. We need a bass player
mostly, not a singer that can play some notes.
Aiming for recording and doing some gigs. Looking for a
committed person. Weekly rehearsals possibility of fortnightly
(depending on knowledge).
Influences are from Hendrix to Electric Wizard and all included
in the middle... Colour Haze, Sungrazer, The Machine, Kyuss,
Down, High on Fire...
Requirements:
- We Play in D standard
- Own Gear
- Music knowledge (“A good memory doesn’t count”, no need to
be Jaco, but a minimum is a must, )
- No time wasters, we know that it is cool to bring a six
pack and hang out playing some tunes, but we want someone
serious. Have fun playing music and have some beers is ok,
but not the opposite.
- Rehearsal is not for learning. We work at home and put
things together and write stuff at rehearsal.
- Big and thunderous bottom end (not tickling the strings
above the 12 fret or slapping all the time).
