The band is called This Year. We have just released a CD called I am who I am . We play classic rock from the late 60's early 70's style all originals. Our music is a cross between Free and Matt Finish. We are looking for a drummer to be committed to the band to record another CD and play gigs to promote the band. We have extensive musical experience going back to the 70's. Myself Steve the guitarist/vocalist in '75-'79 played with musicians in bands such as Moving Pictures. I was the guitarist in a band called Rainbow that supported AC/DC in gigs all over Victoria.Rob and I have played together for many years and make a good team.We both have day jobs but with the right person would like to make the transition to full time music. We are both in our 50's and are fit and healthy and now almost financially independent.We are dedicated musicians and would love to do some mini-tours up and down the coast of NSW.
