Hi, I'm Sophie! I'm a Sydney based vocalist looking for session and gig work. I've been singing since before i could talk and have years of vocal training, last year becoming a vocal coach myself. I sing an extremely wide range of genres, including heavy metal, soul, Celtic folk, r'n'b, pop, rock, jazz, acoustic, choral, EDM, and more. I have a 3+ octave range, an extremely versatile voice, am proficient in sheet music and music theory, and a super bubbly and friendly personality! :)

Influences
Growing up around professional musicians, I have been exposed to countless kinds of music, and have sung and performed everything from metal to r'n'b, celtic folk to pop, and everything in between. Music theory is dinner time conversation, and I can analyse most kind of music from an a cappella score, to a heavy metal tab. I am currently Music Director of the Aussie runner up national champion A Cappella group (2019), and which keeps my leadership and music theory skills sharp, needing to communicate musical concepts to alI different skill levels and vocal ranges. I spent my school years in competitive choirs and orchestras, which informs the neo-classical and choral aspects of my skills, whilst also maintaining my love of more alternative styles in private lessons, bands, and graded performances.
