So Fox is an indie-rock/pop duo based in Melbourne made up of Emma Hentschel (Vocals) and Adam Schlicht (Guitar). Playing in different bands since they were 15, they launched their new project at the start of 2019. The two released their debut single 'St Pete' in January and followed it up with their second single 'Lover's Side' in February of 2019. Both of which are from their EP release on April 12th 'The Clean Cut', recorded with Melbourne producer Jimi Loyd-Wyatt.
The lead single, Lover’s Side, has recently been featured in the Spotify Release Radar Playlist, as well as getting airplay on Australia’s Triple J Unearthed and Syn Radio. The band was featured in a live television performance and interview for Syn’s 1700 program, on the eve of their EP release. Dave Ruby Howe, a music director at Triple J described the track as having a "taut swagger". The bluesy guitars mixed with ambient synthesisers to create a tension that captures the listener.

Influences
With influences such as Ball Park Music, Franz Ferdinand, The Preatures and Ali Barter amongst many others, So Fox is a mix between Melbourne grunge rock and cool pop.

Emma Hentschel (Vocals) and Adam Schlicht (Guitars). We also play with a full band live. At the moment our line-up is Vocals, synth, lead guitar, rhythm guitar, bass guitar, drums.
Looking for new Drummer and a new Synth Player, helps if you can sing backing vocals but not essentials.
