I DON'T USE BACKING TRACKS - I use drum loops which I can start, stop, switch between verse/chorus/bridge with my foot pedal. If you're one of those singers that hates backing tracks because it's too easy to get out of synch with the track and end up with a horrible mess then fear not - I keep the drum loops in synch with us using my feet and can adapt seamlessly if you accidentally start each song section a little early or late :)
