ABOUT

Post rock / neo-psychedelic rock band looking for rhythm section et al.

We're an established Brisbane band on the hunt to replace our old drummer. If you can play drums / percussion or program beats we are keen.

We have a few set's worth of established material including recordings and material ready to record, also keen to make new music.

We aren't a covers band and we don't make music for money. That said we aim to practice about once a week with a goal to play live gigs and get decent recordings.

We own a studio just near Beenleigh so rehearsal is free but a generally fixed location. Jam times are normally late afternoon - evening or weekends. Drummer is welcome to leave setup kit at studio.

We encourage anyone to bring their experience and ideas along to make an inclusive group project. We practice mostly on the Brisbane Southside either at a home on acreage (Beenleigh) or at Tall Poppies.

Influences

We have many influences from the earlier post rock bands to some later waves. We also like to mix it up with funk style bass lines and a good dose of psyche.
