Sexton was born in Perth, Australia, and raised on sound playing instruments, singing in bands, and writing songs. But it was hip hop that lit the fuse. Her childhood dream was to move to America and make it big.
Landing in L.A. with no connections or safety net, Sexton clawed her way into the industry. Her breakout hit “Space” featuring TK Kravitz hit #9 on Billboard and became the #1 most added song at U.S. radio, with over 50 million streams.
She’s since collaborated with heavyweights like Chris Brown, Timbaland, Trippie Redd, Scott Storch, artists from YSL, Warren G and Too Short, and opened for Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz, The Migos, and Bryson Tiller for crowds of up to 15,000.
Now recently based in her hometown in Perth, Australia, Sexton is focused on creating her own sound world inspired by Hip Hop, Pop and Indie music, starting most ideas on guitar. Having performed for up to 15000 people in all types of venues, opening up for Lil Wayne at Coachella and many more, she is now looking to build a dedicated band to build her audience in Australia.
