ABOUT

Ryan Treleaven is an Australian singer-songwriter. His debut EP, "Multipress", was released on July 9, 2018, and a slew of single releases followed before his second (and latest) EP "It's the little things" debuted on 22 February 2019 through Callie Records. Passing through each song on a crescendo path from folk to alternative-rock, Ryan's second major project details events of his personal life as he reflects how he has changed for better or for worse. He is currently working on a follow-up.

Sonically, Ryan's music borrows from multiple cultures and ancient styles, with lyrics relating to his own experiences in Sydney. Having little influences to his music, he is bound on creating his own sound and his own rhythm, being commended by his unexpected "personal" style (something that is hard to come by in this age of pop music), and his diverse "sonic pallet" - ranging from minimalist folk to alternative rock to dance. Music creation is used as an outlet to express himself and learn more about other musical genres, with most tracks placing minimalist folk at their core.

Outside of music, Ryan studies History and loves Britney Spears!
