Although I started playing electric guitar in garage bands in the mid 1970's, and played a couple of non-paid party gigs, I then hardly picked up a guitar for about 25 years due to other life events.
During the last 4 years I have been practicing rhythm guitar and my singing most nights of the week. I am currently at a moderate level with both guitar and singing and still need another year or so of jamming experience under my belt before I could join a working band.
If you are looking for a rhythm / acoustic guitarist and improving lead singer to jam with within 15 km. of the Revesby area then I may be a good contact.
