Not looking for collaboration as the sole vocalist. I have regularly gigged over the past few years playing and singing solo acoustic stuff. Originals mostly. But guitar is more my thing. Band stuff doesn’t always work out due to situational lifestyle clashes. Strangely not the more common creative clash band breakup thing. I guess that’s how it goes getting older?

Happy to just do BV’s when required to focus more on guitar. I am a rhythm and lead guitarist. Have lotsa of Pro gear. As like many, I like to accumulate and am lucky to have been around a long while…

Ideal band situation would be one doing originals. That could include mine and could develop both sides to unify.

Not interested in joining a cover band. But willing to do covers for fun!

Lotsa of these era kinda bands from around the Western world. Plus all the genre type favourites. Then some guilty Pop pleasures. Including genres like Hip Hop and Doof (not so much this stuff these days). These days it’s more about guitar focus though. That is why I am here! I’m not really in touch with what’s popular like the bands mentioned. In the current scene. Hence I have a solid focus on playing original music and being part of the local scene. It would appear there are many thinking/doing the same thing. But nobody is really getting anywhere. Other than playing for the fun of it! It would be cool to go further. But we all suffer from tall poppy syndrome ?
