RISE KING TIDE are a south gippsland based original rock band with musical roots in 90s alternative rock and grunge sound. We are looking for a bass player whose influences might include soundgarden, pearl jam, nirvana (and all the other great grunge rock bands!) and are comfortable with taking charge of melody as a lead instrument while also being able lock in with the rhythm section. ability to add backing vocals would also be great. Check out our demo EP in development with a catalogue of another 40+ demos recorded and ready to go. Looking to gig locally and beyond so must have own transport, own gear, time to commit to regular rehearsals and willing to travel for gigs. Currently rehearsing in Middle Tarwin.
