So here's the bassics, I'm over 50 and have played bass and guitar ever since my music teacher at school loaned me his Gibson Grabber.
For many years I was the regular bassist at St Faith's Church in Strathpine.
My roots are in rock/blues but I'm happy playing most genres given the chance.

Influences
Most of the great rock bands of the 60's, 70's & 80's like Cream, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Quo, Ten Years After, AC/DC, Led Zep, Iron Maiden, The Who - it's a long list if you want a chat.
Hillsong, Third Day, Kutless, Building 429 and other notable Christian artists were a regularl part of our set-list at St Faiths and regularly feature on playlists on my iPad

EQUIPMENT
I have good selection of acoustic and electric basses and guitars including Fender J, P and Mustang basses, a Status Graphite “Rhino” headless bass, an 800W "Fender Stage" rig and various other gear.
