Hey, I'm not really a has-been, I'm a never was. I was a really good lead guitarist when I was 15-18. I did a few gigs in the mid 90's but didn't pursue it. Should have, didn't. That was 30 years ago. I've always been able to pick up a guitar and stuff around but slowly the skills diminished. Now I'm back practicing a bit and want to play. I'd like to play a few gigs and see what happens then.
I'm the sort of person that shows up when he says he will, practices hard, and wants to perform well.
I'm looking for bandmates near the same level as me with similar influences who share the similar values, goals and commitment.
FYI - I quit drinking 5 years ago and I don't smoke.
