I LOVE to play music live – it fills a little part of my soul like nothing else can. I am less interested in just jamming-the-blues-with-some-beers and more interested in digging into (as a unit) the parts, arrangements and dynamics of some great songs. So my expectation is that everyone arrives at rehearsals knowing the material in advance, so the focus is dedicated to practicing to play together dynamically.

In Perth, I have played in The All Stars (cover band for corporate gigs), Vegemite Sandwich (Men At Work tribute), and The Urban Hymns (The Verve tribute).

As a guitarist, I aspire to the playing of parts over the playing of solos. It's all about the song. My guitar heroes are Jeff Beck, Earl Slick, Carlos Alomar, Andy Summers, Zal Cleminson, Lyndsey Buckingham, et al.
