I'm an older guitarist (54) who has been getting into writing songs lately, mainly folk / folk-rock with a friend on backing vocals. So far only played to the shed walls but I'm hoping to gather a few people to fill out the sound, especially bass, drums, and one or two melodic instruments (fiddle, accordion, or surprise me!). Aiming to play a few local gigs just for fun, but nothing arranged yet. The goal is a friendly band making great music for the heck of it. If you write too, all the better!
