Hi, after 20 years of writing and playing I have been struck down with Motor Neurone Disease. I have about 3 years to live, and would like to tidy up some of the songs I have written so that my kids can hear them one day when Im gone.
I never though this would happen to me, so I only have sloppy home demo recordings of my songs. It's not how I want my kids to remember me.
Songwriting was my hobby and so I never took much care in the recording of the songs once they were complete. Now I can no longer use my left hand so I can't play guitar any more. My right hand is weakening daily. I dont know how long I've got before I start to lose my ability to talk and sing.
I am looking for someone who can learn my songs, re-record the acoustic guitar part, then throw the files back to me so I can record my vocals over them again.
I am willing to pay someone to do this and am on this site to find someone who can learn, play, and record acoustic guitar parts and then email me the file when complete.
We will go on a song by song basis.
