Rock Jam Newcastle started in December 2018 with one band and since then it’s gone from strength to strength.
We are basically a not for profit cooperative of amateur part time musicians in 4-5 bands that rehearse weekly in a garage sized space in Kennard’s storage space Hunter St Newcastle West. Our rehearsal space is equipped with a good PA, bass amp and drums.Our membership includes people that are currently in gigging bands around Newie and people that have in the past extensively gigged that no longer want the hassle of being in a gigging band
