I mainly play 4 string bass-guitar (also play guitar) I have been playing in bands since mid to late sixties, residencies in hotels and night-clubs, some studio recording (album with singer/song-writer, demos, and original sound-track for a surf film)
Can read manuscript slowly, (not to performance level)
Had a break from music through 80s and 90s (married with children)
Returned to play in bands mid 90s through to around 2009.
Lately been playing with men's shed mates and local jam and open-mic nights.
Keen to join or put together a local working band.

Influences
All music and performers, but started out in 60s covering Cream , Hendrix, Deep Purple, Traffic, Doors, Beatles, Stones, etc, and many popular artists of the 60s and 70s moving to Doobie Bros, Steely Dan, Eric Clapton, Eagles and many other popular artists over the followibg years.
