ABOUT

My name is Michele, I am from Sardinia, Italy. I start to learn music at 8 years old, with the piano , having some private lessons until 16 years old. At 17 I get my first guitar and I start to learn the guitar. I had some private teachers but mainly I learn by myself, watching videos tutorial or using software . I always been playing and developing new tastes and skills. I been listen many types of music, from rock to soul, from jazz standard to trying to hip hop , experiment collaborations with djs I have some records live in private session of deep house jazz. I always liked the blues funky vibe, which is my main kind of music, listened and played. In the last 3 years I get seriously involved in the jazz fusion world and is something that I am trying to learn and master it. I did busking in different places around the world such Miami and London, performing with acoustic, electrics guitars, loop pedals, effect pedals, mics and bongos, synths. I still do busking sometimes in Brisbane city.I have played in many bands, having some records for someone else, only studio versions. I do often gigs around and jam session for meet people and have fun. As soon as I moved to Brisbane I built my own studio, and I have now the opportunity to use professional equipment.
I start to be into the production from the last 2 years and I developed good skills, timing with instruments and knowledge of the software. I have been using Ableton for some songs and at the beginning I was only focused in understand the big world of opportunity and settings that Ableton gives. Last year I started to produce my music with Logic pro and I really like it for its easy use and libraries. I current use mainly logic pro. I have a basic knowledge of Protolls as well.
I am really focused on my goals now and this gives me motivation because ideas are coming out very easily. I hope to find someone interested to share ideas and projects.
