ABOUT

(MY MOBILE NUMBER IS: 0400 836 529 TEXT or call ** jamming welcome!)
I was formerly a fully professional musician making a living from playing music during the 1970's. For around two years my band played as the support act for The Angels every Saturday night on NSW's South Coast and then travelled back to Sydney to play the late spot from midnight at Sydney's Chequers night club where we often supported Dragon. I toured the Gold Coast and Northern NSW with the band CLASS as the support act for SHERBET on their 1975 FOLLOW THE SUN tour, playing to audiences as large as 25,000. We gained the gig when TED MULRY GANG dropped the tour due to their big hit. Our managers were Roger Davies (he dropped us when he took on Olivia Newton-John), DME (Dal Myles Enterprises) and Cordon Bleau Promotions. Moving away from a pro career from 1980 onwards, I mostly played as a three piece outfit, bass, drums and myself on lead and rythm and some vocals. Hear one of my original songs from the mid 1970's on soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/user-623405611/orig-come-on-over
(Its a rough recording made in my lounge-room).
I would like to join a band or find guys to jam 12 BAR BLUES with, my old and first love ...
