Hey there. I've been singing off and on for years, dabbling initially in some musical theatre and classical training. I then took a few years off to focus on acting and other projects and it's only now I'm delving back in. Just on the site to see who's around and who's looking. I spent a lot of time working with people in a highly strung, mistakes equals social death type environment (aka musical theatre), so I'm really looking for people who are just great to get along with. Mostly interested in easy acoustic, or country. Think the movie "Once", "Country Strong", "A Star is Born", and I suppose even "Begin Again". I'm a softy for these songs what can I say. But also definitely open to other styles with a little more meat on their bones too. Beth Hart comes to mind. Just no rock or pop. I've attached a fairly low quality video (first rehearsal so ignore us all tuning up) but it also happens to be the only one I have on film and it'll give you an idea of my voice. It's quite a bit higher than usual in this song, (Kate Bush songs and my voice do not mix) but I also tend to the lower end as well.
