Hey hey,
Looking to start up a punk / grunge act in Sydney following on from music I released over the last couple of years when based in the UK. Im in the middle of writing new material and, truth be told I'm not sure how much of my old tracks I would take forward as I kinda feel like I've out-grown a few of the songs. I'll be looking to start rehearsing in April with a view to getting a few gigs in the diary in May.
Thought I'd put up an ad up here on bandmix ahead of time to gauge interest and make connections and do a bit of networking.
I landed in Australia in December having decided to move over here with my Australian gf. I was gigging in and around London in the UK before I decided to make the move. I have been playing a few covers at open mic nights since I landed just to keep my hand in with playing live.
Ideally looking for a drummer and a bass player to get started and see where we go from there.
